To be successful is the unwritten goal of every such enterprise whether big or small. A person aspiring to be an entrepreneur needs to have a rough idea of the enterprise he or she is going to start. One it is decided it starts with making a strategy than moving on to investment and hiring among other things.
The strategy that is initially planned may look on paper but many a time it may not work out practically. You cannot always have a one size fits all policy says Jignesh Shah, an entrepreneur. If you stick with this you are going to fail miserably that is for sure.
You should always have room for change that too according to the demand of the situation. Flexibility is going to pave the way for success. The final aim is to succeed and for that if you need to make some changes in the initial plan and strategy you must be open to that.
It you stick to the means to reach the end you may never be able to reach the end. If one of the roads is closed you need to find another path to reach the end. Changing the means should not matter. All that should matter is to reach the goal and achieve what you had planned. At this stage, if need be you can take some advice from your peers or some experienced person too.
It will be prudent to always have a plan B at hand if your plan A does not work. This way you will not waste time and also will not panic if you face failure at any stage. Only the people who are ready to change according to what the situation demands will be able to succeed.
